Simply days after the California Division of Schooling and California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) leaders refused to ban transgender athletes from highschool sports activities, the Trump administration sued the state’s Schooling Division, the Related Press reported Wednesday.
The U.S. Division of Schooling on June 25 stated that the state Schooling Division and the CIF, which governs highschool athletics, violated federal legislation and should signal a pledge inside 10 days to bar transgender athlete participation in sports activities or face authorized motion.
